1. Service Provider
These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Optify Automation Systems, business number / ID 320802317, Israel.

2. Services
Optify Automation Systems provides AI automation, Telegram bots, CRM integrations, business process automation, custom automation projects, and AI tools or digital packages.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, support level, and technical requirements may vary by product, package, or custom agreement.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required access credentials or API details, and timely feedback needed to deliver the service.
You must not use the services for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive practices, infringement, unauthorized data collection, or activities that violate third-party platform rules.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed before purchase or agreed before custom project work begins. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy or Stripe.
Digital packages, credits, and service access are usually delivered after successful payment confirmation. Payment provider processing times, reviews, or failures may affect delivery timing.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation note: Digital AI packages, credits, and delivered automation work are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, credits have been used, or project work has started. If a paid service cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side, contact support and we will review the case in good faith. Custom project cancellation terms may depend on the agreed scope and work already completed.
Refund requests must be sent to support with the order ID and a clear description of the issue. Approval of any refund is subject to review, applicable law, payment provider rules, and the status of delivered work or used digital access.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Automation and AI services can support business processes, content creation, communication, and operational workflows. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, customer acquisition, search ranking, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party service availability, or any specific business outcome.
7. Third-Party Services
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Telegram, AI providers, CRM systems, hosting providers, APIs, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, rule changes, account restrictions, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, customers receive the right to use delivered project outputs for their own business purposes after full payment. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, know-how, and reusable components used to provide the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optify Automation Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service giving rise to the claim.
