Optify Automation Systems provides AI automation services and digital tools for business users. Our work may include AI assistants, Telegram bots, CRM integrations, workflow automation, business process automation, custom automation projects, and AI tools or usage packages.
Services are scoped according to the customer's request, available integrations, technical requirements, and any limitations of third-party platforms. We aim to provide practical automation support, but we do not promise specific financial results, uninterrupted operation of third-party services, or outcomes outside the agreed scope.
02How the service works
Customers contact us or use the Telegram bot to describe the task, select an available service or package, and provide the information needed to evaluate the request.
For paid AI tools or packages, access or credits are provided after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. For custom automation projects, scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and support expectations are agreed before work begins.
Implementation may include configuration, bot setup, API or CRM integration, prompt setup, testing, and reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. Some features depend on third-party systems such as Telegram, CRM platforms, AI providers, hosting services, or payment processors.
03Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation note: Digital AI packages, credits, and delivered automation work are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, credits have been used, or project work has started. If a paid service cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side, contact support and we will review the case in good faith. Custom project cancellation terms may depend on the agreed scope and work already completed.
